Just downloaded Windows 11..now running out of space on C Drive


Look at that folder in scanned documents. On Everything's menu, can you click on 'view, then filters and select 'Folder.

To be honest, 240GB for a PC that you want to keep for as long as it works is really not gonna cut it. You might want to bring it to a shop to clone your C drive to a 500GB or 1TB drive if you cannot do it yourself. If you live close by I will do it for you for free (but not the new hard drive of course :giggle: ) .

I sent it to Data so its in there somewhere maybe.
Some of the folders scattered in D Data are ones that were in Documents.
But not in a Documents folder now

If you are comfortable editing the Registry, you can recreate the Documents folder, drag all you folders into it that used to be there and then relocate the 'Documents' folder to DATA.

Not something I have ever done So dont really want to. Can the program Everything not find Documents folder?
I would just be happy to restore Documents to its default place.
