Keep getting this error

I keep getting this error in Event log/Reliability monitor. It seems to be after starting up and waking from sleep.
I *think* it's only been happening since the patch Tuesday update this week

Are you looking in the Event log/Reliability monitor regularly out of interest or is there actually a problem that caused you to look in the Event log/Reliability monitor?

If so then how does the problem manifest itself? The answer may help to find the solution.

I just check the reliability monitor as a habit, no other reason. I don't like errors so clear the event log when they occur. This error keeps appearing

If it is not causing problems then I would ignore it and stop checking the reliability monitor so you have peace of mind. If it aint broke then don't fix it. Trying to fix things can sometimes make things worse. Only check the reliability monitor when you have a real problem that needs fixing.

Doing a search on the internet using "Windows.Client.CBS" shows up that the issue is difficult/impossible to fix.

Good luck.
It's frustrating but it's not causing any major problems. SFC scan shows no issues, nor does DISM check. Interesting thing is, the file that's causing the problem (searchhost.exe) was created at 18:07 on December 13th - when the latest cumulative update was installed.

I've even uninstalled Cortana but that's not fixed it 🤔
