Kinda removing 'show more options'

Here's a bit of a weird one

Back on build 22000, if you had no additional options in your context menu on the desktop (so if you remove 'Display' and 'Personalize'), the 'Show more options' would not show up. And because of that the actual menu would shrink in width, being more compact (illustration bellow). However after upgrading to 22621, that no longer seems to be the case - even though I have no other menu options, the 'Show more options' still shows up, and clicking it reveals NO additional options obviously.
Me being nitpicky and minimalist, I want to get rid of it. It should stay when it actually reveals additional options, for example when right clicking a zip file, but not when it's not needed.
Do you think it's maybe possible, or did MS find another way to screw with me.
And no, I don't want to remove the whole new menu, I actually like it, especially the icons for copy/paste on the top.

Here's how it would look like before, look at how cute it is...

here's how it looks like now, useless unused space

and the "expanded" menu showing I actually have nothing else in there.

I know about that, that's what the 3rd picture represents. But I don't want to disable the new menu; just remove the show more options when it's not needed.
