Just got the 26H2 enablement update yesterday (5 minutes to install), was already on 26200.9550, now 26300.9550. there is a bug in Notepad, on my system 1 (Acer SFE14-51T) but not on my System 2 (Asus Vivobook), When open in a "New tab" the previous Notepad session still open is deleted, when open in a "New window" it works OK like before.

Also the hidden taskbar still won't open on both my systems (old issue) when apps are open with full screen, I have to use Windows+T each time. The 9550 fix for Windows Spotlight reverting to Picture Background after updates still does not work on my 2022 Asus (system 2): No Spotlight background possible, use Bing's Wallpaper instead.

I reported an issue in a different thread. Although I think I was being gaslighted because no one experienced the same problem with the Xbox, Gaming Service issue breaking the Store App. But 26H2 broke it. I fixed it. And more importantly I tested the fix. Something that has become foreign to Microsoft engineers.
