LAN: not showing all machines in 'network'; access via IP only

Hi,
im running four machines with Win11. Few days ago i performed a 'clean instal' of Win11 Pro on 3 of them. The last one still has got an
upgraded installation from 'Windows 10 Home' to Win11.

The problem is:
In 'Network' (on all machines) i can only see two of my total four PCs. I can access the 'invisible' ones only by typing in their IPs. Then i can also see (and open) their shared folders.
The 'Network Discovery'/network detection is enabled on all PCs.

What can i do to see all my PCs in 'Network' ?

File explorer's Network section has been unreliable since Windows 10 Version 1803 and shows no signs of ever being fixed.
- Like many others, I no longer even bother to look in File explorer's Network section.
- Like many others, I have made a shortcut to each Network computer to put on each Network computer and I use them. instead

I use the syntax
\\NETWORKCOMPUTERNAME\
\\NETWORKCOMPUTERNAME\SHAREDFOLDERNAME
If you prefer IP addresses then you can use them instead.

Not as far as I understand it.
TenForum used Google if I am correct, Elevenforum uses the Xenforo Platform and has its own search engine.
