OK, so UPS did it again
I got a new replacement package issued and yesterday he dropped it off, at the same wrong addy. Checked online, says it was dropped here at 2PM....no, it wasn't.
I called the dispatch, supervisor got on, said he would call the guy.
The delivery guy came up,, said he saw the package he delivered 10 days ago, but just left the replacement one there. When he got the call & went back, both packages were gone.
So WTF, the guy see's the package still sitting on the porch from 10 days ago & he doesn't raise any questions???? If I saw that I would 1) assume the house was vacant (which it is BTW, right on the street below ours), or 2) someone might have died or needs medical attention. He didn't call his supervisor or the police, just left the package. WT actual F??????
So now I have to ask the company for another replacement. I gave them all the details, even filed a police report. But they're gone, we're almost out of medical supplies & I had to place another order this morn to make sure we don't run out.
Seriously, they need to teach this guy some things, like spotting unusual circumstances or how to use the damn Google maps!!!!!
