lol I'm buried in a mountain of tech! Literally up to my eyeballs in the stuff. I doubt that I'll ever need to buy RAM or hard drives or SSDs again. Now if only I could find the power cords to all these devices!

omgg. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to drop half of it off at a take it or leave it centre. It's just too much. A lot of it is brand new, still in the packaging. I'd post pix but not sure where to post. Not about to violate any rules here. Right now I'm resetting a pile of Acer one 10 tablets. No idea why he had so many of the things.

they are used for extract/read data without the machine can writes any commands to the disk that might overwrite clusters you want to recover or to prevent alter files if the os is trying to index them or list them, so last used date dont get altered during the extract process when image the drive etc. Police often use it to extract evidence in datacrime or similar.

Edit it sounds as you have some fun stuff there... to bad for me i dont live in the same city as you. :D

At this rate I could use all the help I could get. 😅 The Ginger is into it deep though (the one who built her own PC when she was 11) she's already claiming laptops and tablets for herself and "helping" me factory reset them all. Mother is organizing things into tote bins so my stuff doesn't conflict with her yarn projects. We just found about two dozen spy cams. . . Not gonna ask... Not even gonna think about it.
