Yeah, I think it's ingrained in his head where we are now LOL.

Don't know if it's a new driver to the area, but we've never had any probs with most packages before.

Well, there was the one time a few months ago they put the package on the wrong truck & it got sent to another state. Driver must not have even looked at the addy on the package, sent it back saying no such addy. but that was the only glitch we had & that was the 1st of it's kind.

Anyway, we got our supplies & I can relax over that, next big hurdle is getting her to the podiatrist.

I can call for ambulance service, but unless it's going to the hosp, medicare won't cover it. The local service that does that, runs you to doc appts, charges $730 for the 2 way trip & adds on milage, so that's out of the question.

Got my wife's winter wheels / tires secured, won't happen for another month but I wanted to be ahead of the rush. Took the opportunity to book my wheel swap so that is another task done.

I have a different problem. They get back to me all right, they just don't talk to each other

Remember that (thankfully benign) nodule I had removed from my lung back in January 2025? My local NHS trust found and diagnosed it, but the best place for the operation was in a neighbouring NHS trust, so my case was transferred to them for treatment. I remained under their care until a scan a year later, January 2026, gave the all clear. I was then discharged, back to my local NHS.

So far, so good. Imagine my surprise when last month my local NHS then invited me back for another follow-up scan. Out NHS uses at least three systems of medical records, and they don't talk to each other. I had to phone up my local NHS and, after they finally managed to merge the health records from the other NHS system, they agreed that a second follow-up scan a few months after the first was, perhaps, an unnecessary luxury.

I have had that problem too, when different part of the same hospital dont even talk to etch other, so i talk to one on the phone, then i have to talk to the other on the phone to say what the first one said.. then call the first one to say what the second one answered.. and back and forward.
It had taken days faster if they just called etch other instead of using me as a phone relay.

At least mine could eventually access the other records once I had told them where and when to look - no phone relay needed, just the one call. Good job I had kept my own records of all the dates

Our medical record can be accessed by any doctor in the whole country as long they are a part of the general hospitals and clinics.. only the private ones not tied to the general care(or how to word it as our system is different from most countries) so only the "private outsiders" dont have access.. That's makes it even more comical.. but the problem is communications between the different parts still fails now and then and you have to act as a phone relay..

And just now my last Predator movie just ended... 6 movies in two days.. Predator 1-4 and Alien VS Predator 1-2
I think that qualifies as a Predator Marathon?
