Yeah, at least in the gastro dept they have figured something out. They say she'll need stronger anti-seizure medication also.

Thank you. She does have a tendency to like greasy junk food. She had a bad case of pancreatitis a few years back, so severe they had to put her in a drug induced coma for 3 weeks.

    UPDATE - 11 April 2026: due to lid hinges starting to break up this laptop has been retired from active duty. The OS with all software and files has been migrated to my System Seven in 'Other systems' to carry on as my general purpose 'main machine'.

    I've now clean installed 25H2 and used Garlin's scripts to update Secure Boot to CA 2023 and revoke the PCA 2011 certificates. It's new role is to test secure boot issues.

    Info for 2021-2026:
    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.

Got my Flu shot at the doctor's this afternoon. I booked the Flu jab appointment as soon as I got an invite by text message. A little while later I got an email invite for a Covid shot. I mentioned this to the nurse and got both while they had me there, one in each arm.

Myself, I will never consent to the Covid shot. I'm not good with vaccines and my children aren't either. It's a personal choice. . . but of course, those who are vaccinated have nothing to worry about concerning "we, the anti-vaxers" because hey, they're vaccinated! :wink:

Great fix, find your license, re-enter and if we really screwed you, re-install the product. My clients generally don't know how to do either so there will be financial impacts.

But now the headache came up and i needed to take a headache pill for it and a tiny sandwich for some energy carbs.
I think i even will have a cup of Tea 🍵with some sugar in it for some extra energy. I have already had 5 cups of coffee.:coffee:

    UPDATE - 11 April 2026: due to lid hinges starting to break up this laptop has been retired from active duty. The OS with all software and files has been migrated to my System Seven in 'Other systems' to carry on as my general purpose 'main machine'.

    I've now clean installed 25H2 and used Garlin's scripts to update Secure Boot to CA 2023 and revoke the PCA 2011 certificates. It's new role is to test secure boot issues.

    Info for 2021-2026:
    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.

Thankfully not :-) as i only get TKO-tired of physical activity's, such as errands days and similar physical activity. So I'm really grateful i dont get that tired for working with my mind. :-)
But it starts to feel in my eyes I'm only on one 17" monitor and one 19" monitor instead of my real work-computer's that has one 24" and one 29" and a second setup with two 21" monitors so i work with four monitors over two machines.. now i have one machine and flips between two virtual desktops so i only see two screens at the same time instead of usually four at the same time.

I really miss my big setup i started to dismantle for the temporary move.

Yeah I am really times ten grateful for that, so i at least can have some active life, even if 80% of it is electronic. *LOL* 😅

I have not made the temporary move yet.. I need several months for packing as i have so low physical energy. And i still waiting for the hernia operation so its no packing at all now.
But dismantling my computer system is one of the big time-consuming things as i need to mark all cables and try to not cut them to much so i can put them back again without need to buy new Cat-cables. I have around 40 cat-cables and around 300 meters network cabling with wall outlets etc..
And when i took down the fileserver and main switch, everything went offline and i had to put in a temporary 5 port switch with a separate cable to the main router, so my failover router is now offline.
So I have become "normal" with only one router and one tiny switch. 🤣 *LOL* 🤣

    My SYSTEM SIX is a Dell Latitude 5550, Core Ultra 7 165H, 64GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, supported device, Windows 11 Pro, Hyper-V host machine. Updated to 25H2 on 30th September 2025.

    My SYSTEM SEVEN is a Lenovo Thinkpad T580, 1920x1080 touchscreen, Intel Core i7-8650U, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD + 2nd 512GB NVMe SSD, a supported device for Windows 11. This is my current general purpose 'main machine'. The installed Windows 11 Home from my System One has been migrated to this machine. As its new home has an existing digital licence for Pro I've been able to upgrade the migrated OS from Home to Pro.

    UPDATE - 11 April 2026: due to lid hinges starting to break up this laptop has been retired from active duty. The OS with all software and files has been migrated to my System Seven in 'Other systems' to carry on as my general purpose 'main machine'.

    I've now clean installed 25H2 and used Garlin's scripts to update Secure Boot to CA 2023 and revoke the PCA 2011 certificates. It's new role is to test secure boot issues.

    Info for 2021-2026:
    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.
