Re the NewOutlook setting in the Registry Editor on my Windows 11 PC (using Microsoft 365 Business Apps) the new Outlook toggle is at:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences

On my version which is Microsoft Outlook 1.2024.829.100 the toggle is on the menu bar.
