If it helps anyone else: - I deleted all of these HWiNFO64A.sys entries from the registry and there have been no issues resulting as yet. Apparently anything in the SysWOW64 folder are not required by Windows system. Files in there are to allow the running of 32-bit apps in a 64-bit Windows environment so any any issues from deleting files would be app-specific.
