Windows 11
hello, Local group missing after windows 11 update.

how can id do? Please help me.

I have 100 of my software installed on my computer and I don't want to erase the data and reinstall it completely.

I tried to keep the data and reinstall the system, but the problem didn't work out.

I've reviewed the transcript of the incident, and there are no obvious errors.

I downloaded lusrmgr.exe, but there was an obvious error when it ran:

Folder Windows.old was deleted by me and cannot be restored。

I tried to keep the data and reinstall the system, but the problem didn't work out.
now, Please how can i do ?

Since I have over 100 software installed, I don't want to wipe all the data before installing the system, I need software that retains user data:eek1::eek1::eek1:

Is this the admin's account?
What happens if you create a new user account and run lusrmgr.msc command?
Do you NOW have access to Groups category on the left side of your Local accounts and groups console?

I would try creating a new local user account with administrator rights. I would then login to this account. If everything is normal there, I would go to the C:\Users folder and try to access the data of the old user account. If you can access the data, simply copy all folders (Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Video) to the new user to backup your data. Then delete the old user account which is probably corrupted.
