Repair you PC not working from boot media

I am aware of the problem as I've seen it posted here but can't find it!
I believe @garlin has the script to repair the boot media.

Tried it today and it just rebooted to Windows.
Posting here to save me looking!

Or, right click on the file, select Properties, and unblock.

I've done that with all of garlin's scripts.

In general, when your browser downloads a bare file (not contained inside a ZIP file), it gets tagged as "Mark of the Web".

And it needs to be unblocked using either method, as a security precaution. It's to prevent users from running random scripts, without paying attention to where they originated.
