Hi

Whenever I restart or shut down Windows 11, it warns me that another user is logged on and may lose data even I am the only logged on user. How come?
Is it possible to avoid this warning?

Thanks

Bye

Right click on taskbar (that long bar at the bottom) -> Task Manager -> in left corner click the Users tab. There you should see only 1 user (the name you chose for your PC). If you see 2 - right click on the other one and select Disconnect.

Also, in Search tab type the following "Other Users" - click on it and if you see extra accounts remove them.

Okay, I got it.

Now, could you explain to me the why the administrator account appears logged in every time I log in as a normal user?

Thanks

I remember having the same problem. I was able to fix it by going to settings, accounts, sign-in options and disable "use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up after an update". Do this for the guest account and if needed for yours also and see if the problem will go away!

Please would you post a screenshot / photo to avoid misunderstandings.
