I can't tell if it came from the new version of Start Experience or Phone Link, but the device has reverted to the manufacturer's name rather than the user chosen logical name.
No big deal, it seemed to have propagated on all systems (Beta, Dev, Canary)
As the image below shows, personalized device name stayed in Devices but not on Start Menu or Widgets.
