looking for a monitor

I had gotten a new Geekom Mini IT11 (running windows 11 PRO) computer a little over a year ago and then my life became filled with a lot of health issues as well as my mother passing away and then my sister in law, so I never got a chance to actually start using it or connecting things to it. I have been limping on with my old Dell running windows 10 home in the meantime. Anyway, I really want to start using the new pc and was thinking about getting a new monitor ~ maybe with a webcam and speaker so that I can do telehealth doctor visits instead of having to do all that driving to the multiple doctors appointments but it isn't a must.
I don't need anything fancy, but I would like something with either a 20" or 24" screen (27.5" is the exact space available for the monitor) and it would be nice to be able to adjust the height and angle of the monitor as well. I don't need to have the webcam if it is going to leave me with just one or no USB ports since I already will be using one to plug the dongle in for my keyboard and mouse and I have an External DVD Drive (which does not need to be always plugged in) and my external hard drive that I use for my backups. I currently have a HP S2031 monitor that is still working, although the power button was starting to die so I just leave it on now and it goes to sleep when I shut down the computer at night.
I came across the ASUS BE24EQSK 23.8" monitor and was wondering if anyone knows if this is a good monitor that will fit my needs (and my budget).

That ASUS monitor should be fine, seems to fit most of your need but do pay attention to cables needed.

A lady client moving across the country left me an ASUS 27" monitor with built-in sound [didn't want to move it], I've kept it on a workbench as it has all 4 inputs, VGA, DVI, HDMI and Display Port, great for working on Notebooks that have video issues.

When needing more ports such as USB I use Self-powered Hubs, lessens power draw from the computer itself.

Nice monitor. I agree with @Berton, about using a powered USB hub. That way you won't have to worry about not having enough USB ports.

I forgot to mention that monitors and TVs are not measured side to side but diagonally corner to corner. I'm mentioning this so you know that it may be possible for you to get a larger monitor if you want.

What's your budget? (The BE24EQSK seems to run about $160US.)

Monitors are specified by the size of the diagonal. A typical 27" monitor may have a width of about 24". (But a 27"one may cost more than a 24".)

A webcam typically uses a USB connection. I'm not current in understanding USB 4 or Thunderbolt interfaces, to know whether either could provide a monitor signal and return webcam video to the PC. The BE24EQSK does not support that, anyway.

I use a pair of old HP 27" monitors on my machine, the monitors actually measure 24 1/2" wide. Bigger is better. :)

An inexpensive powered USB 3 hub will solve the lack of USB ports so you can add a camera and anything else USB connected that you would like to add.

Thanks for the information and suggestions. After having the last eye surgery and getting all of that finally straightened out, I am just going to use my current monitor with this new Geekom Mini IT 11 pc for now.
