Solved M365 Hybrid Login

We are setting up a Hybrid environment and when I login to my account in m365 in the browser I am presented with a Security popup stating password reuse is a security risk. What I want to know is how is everyone setting up a Hybrid solution and able to login without that message? We are Hybrid with a GCC Tenant and using PHS for syncing passwords. What is best practice etc. We are using the CIS Benchmark settings, but so far I have not seen a setting that controls that. Do I set an exception for edge? seems over kill though.

To circle back to this. We have set the SSO setting in Azure for our logins and that made the popup go away. SO I guess we can say this thread has been resolved.
