Macrium Reflect fails to open

So far tried Dism, SFC, Macrium install repair, turned off AV and Malwarebytes, Macrium installed and reinstalled software, performed full Windows reinstalled Repaired. I always get the attached message,

That is a known bug with MR v8.1 and builds prior to 8631. A patch was issued to build 8631 to fix it so you need to install the patch by checking for updates to MR.
What version of MR are you running?

See - Macrium Reflect update downloads but fails to update

"unable to get the version."


Right click on shortcut properties, open file location.
Right click on the executable, file properties, Details will give you the version.

Therefore you have version 10 to which you have subscribed and it is the latest version by Macrium.

Have you looked under the location listed in the popup to see if the "ReflectBin.exe" file is actually there?
