Solved Mailwasher Pro users....Errors

For any users of the email program Mailwasher Pro for some reason it began to glitch on errors yesterday(Sat 11th). Apparently this is worldwide as the Mailwasher user Forums are full of people posting with the same issue. The solution seems to be to downgrade to the previous version. Problem version is 7.12.173.
Some are suggesting this might be a date/time thing as some have seen success with changing system date. But that comes with it's own set of issues.

Thanks for the post. I ran into that problem this morning and went to the Mailwasher Pro 7 Forums. The solution for me and others was to revert to an earlier version. I guess Firetrust is not offering weekend support because I did not see RusticDog or any other staff responding to the influx of emails complaining about this.

Hi, have same problem in Italy with Wndows 10; don't know how to remove last MWP update; lsat full version I have is very old.

You can uninstall it like any other application via Windows. Ensure that you check the box to keep your user files and settings. Reboot after the uninstall. Then go to the Firetrust site and download the last to the most recent version: 7.12.125 from the link below:

Firetrust has acknowledged the issue with the current version of MailWasher Pro. The cause is under investigation. They are recommending a rollback to the previous version 7.12.125. See the link below:

Hey guys - am i glad i found this forum - i have been pulling my hair off trying to find out why my Mailwasher gave me errors. I did some changes friday and the errors startet saturday !

Next step would have been to restore a backup, will save that for another time.

Looks like they finally released a working version. v 7.12.188. Checking for Updates within the MW application now works.

Did a downgrade to 7.12.125 and then after your input upgraded to7.12.188 AND IT WORKS AGAIN :p

Firetrust has just released a new version. I downloaded it from the MailWasherPro app, via Help, Check for Updates. It appears to be working perfectly, as others have already reported.
