Many Microsoft Visual C++ Programs installed in Win 11 Pro?

I have many Visual C++ program showing as being installed in my Win 11 Pro. This is after doing a Redeploy over my Win 10 system. Are all of this necessary or can I uninstall some of them?

Those are needed by a lot of apps and programs so they can function properly.
Some older programs especially, need them to function.

Short answer YES. You need them. Leave them alone. As Ghot said, to function, different apps require different versions of Visual C
