Solved Memory suddenly used up

Task mgr shows 62.2 used out of 64gb - it's usually < 50%

I have chrome,opera,firefox open using a total of 8gb per task mgr with all the rest 100mb or so no where near 61GB total
committed 69/116gb

Problem solved. It was a VM running under hyper-v but did not show on taskmgr so I started up hyper-v and turned it off
