    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Go to Task Manager>Startup and disable all Third Party programmes from Auto-starting.
Then shut down and power off.
Wait about a minute then restart and see if that has reduced memory usage.
If so,then keep Auto-starting to a minimum and only have programmes running out of necessity,not because the maker thought it was a good idea.

I turned off a lot more than Copilot. Nothing like running a Dell Precision with the same lightweight windows setup as the potato I had before..
