How can I merge healthy recovery partitions
Windows creates a single Recovery partition for its WinRE tools.
An additional one can also end up existing yet not in use after an update or repair action.
The name Recovery partition is also often used for a large partition, say, 13GB created by the computer maker to contain a complete system image [Windows, hardware drivers, OEM utilities].
I suggest that you post a suitably-cropped Disk management screenshot.

Do adjust the columns so all the text can be seen or you'll end up messing about answering questions about it.
