AN ANNOYING MYSTERY...

Two laptops / Win 11 / Latest Stable Edge.

New Tab Page on one laptop will only show/allow 8 "pinned" websites on each of the two allowed horizonal rows.

The other laptop allows 12 "pinned" websites on each of the two allowed rows.

16 maximum pinned website tiles on one laptop, and 24 maximum website tiles on the other.

I can't find out how to get the Edge with 16 pinned sites, up to 24. It won't let me add more than 16. (I'd like to have more than 24, like Firefox allows)

Any thoughts on what could be causing the restriction to 16 on one Edge, while the other Edge allows 24? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Any idea, if it is possible to disable that old TV's theme (white line) in 123? It is pretty distracting.
No, changing the theme does not solve it, because it changes the color of the whole browser.
