    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
The first step to recovery is Microsoft realizes they have a problem......
They will have to go to 'operating system anonymous' and take the 10 step recovery program.

Got it in one. But hey its good ol Neowin, Pity they didn't properly read the MS page about the issue.

For starters the issue was with Windows 11 24H2 and even then applied only to a very limited number of use cases.

Don't use the immersive/Fluent elements of the interface and be fine.
