Solved Microsoft popup closes immediately after opening on PIN set up.

When I try to set up a pin or change my password to my system the Microsoft popup just closes right after opening for a while.
I have already tried the following:
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /ScanHealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

Reset Setting app or reinstall setting app.

Open the Command Prompt as admin and execute the below commands one at a time.

I ran the command on Powershell with admin privileges but the problem persists.

When I check for updates, it says I am up to date.
