Switching to the retail channel also allows the store to open fine. The issue is on Microsoft's side. No need to do anything with installs.

I had the same problem now so i read @Ghot post and used the winget cmd winget install 9WZDNCRFJBMP and it installed it fine.

Waited a few moments and then Microsoft Store worked again 😊

Removing KB5031452 (10.0.22635.2700) restores MS Store functionality.
Waste of time to do that since just going to the retail channel makes the Windows Store work. No need to uninstall updates when the issue is clearly a Microsoft one.

Correct yes as only Beta Channel is experiencing this issue...seems to be a Microsoft Store issue on Beta.

Ran the command, waited and then it worked again.

Strange, that generic -version blind- install did not work for me.
Anyway, re-applied KB5031452 and now everything is fine on this odd Beta build.

Issue resolved itself just like I thought it would. Was clearly an issue on Microsoft's end.
