Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2(OS Build 22621.963)
Im stumped. Microsoft store has worked perfect for me. lat week it worked fine, then a few days ago this...No i didnt install anything to mess with it or delete some random folder. I could download updates last week now this...2021-12-18_16-54-33.png

Ive run the troubleshooter and uninstalled and reinstalled etc using powershell commands. Nothing. No im not doing a restore or reinstalling windows etc. this Microsoft store rubbish is for the birds. I have researched this too long. Apparently I also had to enable UAC to on. Well that didnt work. This is exactly how the store has been now since say windows 10 and maybe even 8. One day it works next 6 months it doesnt. Ive also read in forums that if you dont have Windows Defender enabled the store doesnt work. Well. I use Bitdefender, NEVER windows defender. So any ideas?

Did you go into services.msc and make sure Microsoft Store is set to Automatic? and that it's "Started"

i cant open services. I get the same notification window "Microsoft Management Console with the Error..Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation. I am running a brand New Pc which has no issues other than me finding this error out today. the rest of my PC runs fine.

I notice other posts by you. You have problems with Task Manager, Services, MS Store, and even Macrium Reflect.
It seems you have deeper problems that just these issues.

This is a job for @zbook




If it was me... I'd do an In-Place upgrade/repair. It only takes about 35 minutes, and it fixes everything... Windows, and leaves all your programs and files... intact.

Here is the short version of the In-place upgrade tutorial...

DISABLE non-Microsoft:
a) antivirus software
b) firewall software
c) drive encryption software

Make a full OS backup with a program like Macrium Reflect (free)
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free

Go here and get the Windows 11 ISO (use the 3rd option), and save the ISO to your desktop.
Download Windows 11

Right click the ISO image and choose: MOUNT
Open File Explorer and you will see a new drive letter. It will look like a DVD optical drive.
Double click the new drive letter to open it.
Find setup.exe and double click it to start the in-place upgrade.

Choose the Keep personal files and apps option.

After it's all done... to UNmount the ISO image, right click the new drive letter and choose: EJECT.


The ONLY thing you will lose is some of your personalizations. Your programs and data will be intact.

well, MS Store just gave me the error this week. And My EaseUs backupper program works perfect. No issues, only on windows 10 did I have issues with backup software. My main concern is this error when i try to open task schedular or services via the windows search. I can open Task Manager and go to services from that window. And MS Store has worked off and on since Win10. One week it doesnt work then the next it does, if it hasnt in the past a new Cumulative Update from Microsoft usually somehow fixed it..

You might could try Stardock WindowBlinds. I've never had a problem with that one.

ok. I know microsoft is getting there with theming and dark mode. But there are still too many windows with a white background, even after having dark mode turned on its silly because using the theme patcher and a good theme from Deviantart turns Every window and many apps into a dark mode which is why I was using UltraUxThemePatcher in the first place.
