I bring up a browser (Opera), go to Microsoft Support sites, Microsoft Support and immediately get the message:

I bring up another browser (Chrome) go to a Microsoft Support site, and immediately get the message:

Note: these are both Microsoft Sites. I am 'cold calling' these two sites. i.e., I brought up the browser searched for Microsoft Support Sites and...presto/
and, yes, I can go to other sites that have "support.microsoft.com" in them,
and, I do have a reason to want to get Microsoft support--to somehow get an App Password, because
(this forum seems to have experienced mass amnesia regarding app passwords - see thread Google Account Specifics)
