When I move my cursor over icons on the taskbar, a mini-window pops up. On my WIN 10 machine, the titles of the mini-windows could easily be read. But I can't read the titles of the mini-windows on my WIN 11 screen. See image below. I've tried changing the display settings, but so far no luck.Folders popped up taskbar Win 10 vs Win.jpg

One of the best little standalone programs out there is Wintools System Font Size Changer. It gives you the ability to change the size of font of the individual elements of a window. The element you would be interested in to solve this problem is "title bar"

I think I fixed the problem. I had customized WIN 11 with Open-Shell-Menu Classic Shell. Somehow, the'taskbar properties' got screwed up. So I right clicked on taskbar. clicked ‘Properties’ and changed the taksbar style to Win 11. Now the pop-up menus look fine. Thanks, Freebooter.
