I wish it had been that easy. I was also amazed in the video there was 0 thermal paste.

I have three or should say had three Beelink Mini PCs. One I ended up given it to my son for his streaming server. The second one I use for my streaming server. The third one I use when I'm outside in my shed. The only problem I had was with the one I use in the shed. I had to replace the memory. I was only using a power strip and I think there was a power surge.

If they were made in the US I would say it had to be assembled on Monday or Friday. Mondays are recover from the weekend day. Fridays are I can't wait for the weekend day.

OP, did you ever figure this out? Was it a heat problem? Power supply problem?

I just bought a Origimagic mini PC and have the exact same problem. Win 11, connected to an Onkyo receiver, and the PC seems to randomly shut down at idle, causing the receiver the turn off and the TV to go blank. When I try to turn it back on, sometimes it's ok, sometimes it just turns off again after a few seconds. Exactly like you describe.

I had a similar problem with my Minis Forum UM 790 Pro....
I need this min PC to be always running, but when there is a Windows 11 update, it shuts down. When i Power it up, continues with the second part of the update.... ???

I was tired of this so what I did was to use a Raspberry Pi to drive a small RC servo that pushes the Power On button. That Raspberry Pi is ALWAYS on and can be remotely accessed via the RPIconnect utility. I did a small python script that makes the servo movement.
A crazy workaround, but it works. No more problems.

I just wanted to add my 2 cents worth here. After experiencing similar issues to those listed above (random cut outs with no clear reasons why) I went on a search for some answers. So I have Not tried any of the technical fix's others have tried above as they seemed to be unsuccessful and really I was hoping for an oblivious answer. I can see that's not the case now.
To start out with I had the supplied 65 watt gan power supply with my model and the computer would infrequently cut out. Having read online that my model was also shipped with a bios upgrade that required a 100w charger ideally, I confirmed mine had the newer bios settings and whilst I waited for a 100w gan power supply (decided on an Anker usb docking hub to help with a few connections) I used a spare DELL 100w power supply I have;

The computer NEVER shut down unexpectedly and whilst I only use it for basic stuff from home I have it set to sleep and never to be completely off, it would always be ready to wake up with everything exactly as I left it on screen.
Queue the Anker docking station DL7400 160w arrival. Hooked everything up (docking station software updated also!) and now the computer would quit Frequently! as in several times an hour. Dock must be faulty right? Replacement the exact same! Anker none the wiser. Hybrid version of the original issue. The computer seems the dock as a display device so I also made sure permissions for the device to turn off the pc were deactivated.
With the Anker fully plumbed in I plugged the DELL power supply into another usb4 port on the front of the pc to stop it from crashing AGAIN whilst I saved everything properly etc etc and all was OK again. That's where I'm up to atm. (ALL GOOD ON THE DELL POWER SUPPLY) Might just add to the mystery but maybe the more technically minded folk here dealing with this issue already might give them an angle to come at it from? I'm not that technically minded but think overheating is not the issue and something to do with the power requirements/protocols etc. maybe at the heart of the issue. I even tried the Anker on the front usb4 port but same result! If there is anything anyone would like me to try I will. Not sure what ill try next as the set up is not ideal BUT it works! A dell dock perhaps. Hope this is some help to the others above.
