Solved Missing folder info.


What is the path to Z if it's a mounted path, or
Is Z a simple local disk that has been allocated that drive letter?

I'd still like to see the result of opening that file location & its parent folders.
And I'd like to see the folder & file that you clicked on to run that audio track. It must have been visible for you to have clicked on it.

I cannot get rid of the feeling that there's a misunderstanding between us.

    The only thing it lack is USB-3.2 on the front face but it has 3.0 on the back
As stated, In File (Windows) Explorer. Browse to Z:\ drive, Is there a Music-2 folder? Inside this is there a Music folder? Inside that, is there a Folk folder? Inside that is there True Colors folder?
(ie) Z;\Music-2\Music\Folk\True Colors? Open this folder and take a screenshot of it and attach it in your next post

The Media player shows the albums like this, I click on it and it plays. If I right click on a song it gives me the path I sent you.

Your picture in post #20 shows the path of one of your tunes, and that is the information we needed. We also need a screenshot using the instructions in the quote below to compare side by side
