I am seeing this problem on both an HP Spectre and ASUS ProArt laptop.
Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2, OS Build 22621.2134
It is missing the USB settings which has the USB selective suspend setting.
It is annoying using the Device Manager to manually uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for each USB hub.
Especially since each Microsoft update seems to reset the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" to check for each USB hub.
It is easier to just disable USB selective suspend in the Advanced settings which in theory should uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for every USB hub. Is this correct?
Thank you for any feedback on how to have the USB selective suspend appear in the Advanced settings.
