Solved Moment 3 is not installed but should be. I think.

I believe the Moment 3 features were installed with Build 22621.1778 and both my machines are now on build 22621.1848. Neither of them have the new feature I was hoping to get - The option to show seconds in the sys tray clock. See photo.

Have I misunderstood that Moment 3 features should be installed by now or is it something that Microsoft are rolling out slowly and I need to wait?

Build 1778 was a preview update and required one extra step. You need to go to Settings > Windows Update and then turn on Get the latest updates as soon as they're available. Then click on Check for updates once again.

Better yet, simply Check for updates once more to install the June Patch Tuesday updates which will take you to build 1848. That officially includes Moment 3 and not in preview any longer.

EDIT: Sorry, I see that you are already on 1848. Not sure why you don't have the moment 3 options yet. I did notice that when I was on 1778, one of my systems only made those options available the following day. You might simply want to wait one day to see if that helps. Otherwise, maybe someone else has better suggestions to offer.

Thank you. I did as you suggested and immediately got a Windows toast popup showing 'Restart now' but I clicked on 'Check for updates' first. This showed ' Windows configuration update' and then I clicked on 'restart now'. Moment 3 is now 'configured' and enabled. See photo. Seems that Moment 3 is being rolled out slowly and you only get it if 'Get the latest updates...' is enabled.
