Monitor shutting off for a few seconds after opening certain apps

My monitor will shut off for a few seconds when opening apps like Apple Music, tidal, Amazon prime and a few others. It shuts off then comes back an works fine, until I close it again then it dos the exact same again.

I’ve tried ddu and a few other things. All input is welcome and hopefully we can figure it out! Thanks
