Monitor won't turn off after specified 5 minutes

A week or two ago I changed my power settings (below) to turn off my display (a new OLED) after 5 minutes of inactivity. It worked as desired initially, but in the last couple of days I've noticed it isn't turning it off anymore. Naturally, there are a million unrecognizable things running in the background in task manager, so I was hoping there might be some likely suspects someone could point me to. Thanks for any tips.

Check the settings in your new monitor to see if it has some power saving setting that is conflicting with the windows setting.
