Monitors not detecting through post into Windows

Hello all, I am on the latest W11 update for the US though I cannot access the full numbered version atm.

Some time ago, I fell asleep with Final Fantasy XIV running as well as Firefox with a few open tabs so the computer put itself into the normal sleep mode after a good while. It had a lot of trouble waking back up and needed some power cycles to properly catch the monitors again. Ever since then, with the original 4060 card, it has sporadically not detected any monitors at startup and boot/post. I have tried different DP/HDMI cables for both, as well as moving around the ports for the card and tonight even tried plugging into the HDMI slot on the motherboard directly. I can't get in to the system currently to do a graphics driver reset or anything similar as the KF chip doesn't have a backup method. It was a rarity but would pop up only occasionally even with updates, etc as the computer was used without super heavy use and before power cycling would help.

For the sake of completeness, I also like to run the machine with different backgrounds on each monitor but it's just regular image stuff, nothing animated, etc. A pic from Steam and another off Google.

Recently I bought a 5070 and it worked fine, until tonight when I added a GPU support bracket that took minimal effort to put in. Now the issue with the monitors not being detected at all is back even beyond power cycling. It is Amazon.com and doesn't seem to be putting any excess pressure on the card from the bottom where the pad rests against it, and I had the similar issue with the 4060 since that night the system went to sleep running a dual screen FF XIV/Media setup so it is not a new thing that I can tell.

As far as I know I am on the latest version of Windows 11 and Nvidia's drivers since I updated both with the new GPU. I even powered the system up fine earlier tonight to power it down properly before opening the case for the bracket, and it plugs in to a little ARGB 3-pin without a hitch. The card seems to be seated fine, and when I power up the system the monitors will recognize it just not detect any signal beyond that.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

As an update, I tried to reseat the card again and unplugged the little 3-pin slotted RGB connector and the backup monitor I had plugged in by itself with an HDMI cord in the GPU's lone HDMI slot suddenly wanted to work so I have no idea why that would have been any issue. Even plugged the 3pin back in, the bracket light is on, and changing from the HDMI backup to the 2 DP main and proper secondary displays is working.

So I dunno, but I think whatever is going on will be back though I don't know if it's driver, some component is wonky, or what/
