Or he got it from MajorGeeks or similar site, wouldn't be the first time one of these sites has skimmed tweaks from other sites and included them in their tweaks section or even as a compilation download and never bothered to credit the original author.
MajorGeeks did this with a load of Brink's reg file tweaks a couple of years ago, just load the files in an editor and see they didn't even bother to strip his name or editing date out.
It is also possible for several people to come up with the same tweak, almost word for word at the same time, however leaving the original authors name in the file is a big giveaway. :)

I meant the registry tweak was from me, had it for a long time I dont take credit for it and yes, use notepad and view it

I use the Registry mods for adding those choices to my Win10 computers and they work in Win11 just fine. So far what I see in Win11 is that things are moved around such as a lot of Control Panel is on the right-click of the Start button and corners of windows and panels are rounded. This change in Win11 File Explorer usually shows in the Show more choices on the right-click of a file.
