I am working to get our new Windows 11 machine up and running. One thing I have done for may years is rearrange the Start Menu stuff to make navigation easier. One thing I did was create a folder called Microsoft Programs, but when I tried to move the Windows Tools folder into that folder, I was informed 'An unexpected error is keeping you from moving the folder'. What the blazes is happening - this should be beyond trivial to accomplish.
I figured that maybe by giving the user full control would help. I right-clicked on the Start Menu folder and I see that the user already has full control. What I don't understand is that I see the user 'Account Unknown (S-1-51-...) What the bleep is this???
