Moving the SETTINGS and POWER icons to their Windows 10 positions

Moderators: Please move this thread if I should have posted in a different forum.

I have attempted to change some of the UI elements to resemble Windows 10 and I have done so successfully with ExplorerPatcher. However I have not been able to move these two icons to their Windows 10 positions. I have done a lot of searching, but no helpful results.

Did not work for me. My start button was already on the left edge. I changed that back to center, but when I rebooted the start button remained leff. However, I had already used Explorer Patcher to move the start button to the left.

When you get a chance, can I ask you to post this key as a reg file: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

To see if @hdmi's reg key is different from mine because I had already run Explorer Patcher and Winaero. If I see differences, then maybe I can accomplish what @hdmi did.
