Multi Monitor Setup

I think @Thorenzz would like to have instant access to any and all of his Desktop shortcuts and folders from any screen, regardless of what window is completely covering some other screen, and, preferably not copying them all that makes a mess on the Laptop screen when he disconnects the external monitors.
I think a right click menu of some sort is his best bet, similar to what I posted in #9.
my whole point there was that it should lock the shortcuts created on those other monitors, even when he disconnects them. thus, no mess on the primary display when others are disconnected as those shortcuts will remain off screen

Didn't work for me.

Also, I'd like to know how many folders/shortcuts are involved and how @Thorenzz copies them 3 times to each monitor, specifically the naming convention.

I just came to realize that Windows will remember individual wallpaper settings per monitor, after disconnect/reconnect..., so why not shortcuts and icons!?!?!? 🤷‍♂️
Exactly. Its another not funny MS Joke.
