Currently I run daily Macrium backups to a single external drive. What is the best way to make a second backup to another drive and is that possible with Macrium?

You can change the destination of the partition or drive?
If there's a way to do it automatically... I've never heard of it.
I don't see anything in the Defaults (settings), about it either.
There's "Alternative Locations", but I don't think it does what you're asking.
You "might" be able to use a batch file to do what you want.
You can use a batch file to start Macrium and call an XML file. So I guess you could set it up to call one XML file and then call a second one? I don't know how you could get the batch file to "wait" till the first backup is done, if that's even necessary.

Write two batch files and use Task Scheduler to run them one after the other?
I don't know. I would post questions like these on the Macrium Forums.
forum.macrium.com
They answer pretty fast... and they know all the tricks.
There's also this...

I do it simply by manual connect/disconnect. I have 3 backup media that I rotate on a weekly basis, one is always connected for convenience reasons. If disaster strikes, I will lose a maximum of 1 week which is an OK calculated risk for me (I won't do a daily rotation, for example)
