Hello, yesterday evening I turned my laptop on, to discover that I couldn't type in my password because it contained the letter m, and the m key didn't work. Since then I've tried a lot of online tips to get it working, with no success. Then I discovered a pattern : 67, YU, HJ, and NM... those are the keys that aren't working, and they're all contained in two rows beside each other, going from top to bottom.
I just got this laptop, and I really don't want it to tear up on me. Unfortunately I bought it secondhand on ebay, and the serial number has already been used by the previous owner, so I don't have a warranty. It's a 2024 model, and I bought it in good condition (cosmetically), so I wasn't expecting this.
What can I do to fix this? All help will be appreciated.
