I have a very, very stupid problem. I now have a 4080 S graphics card and a high-end system. After installing the latest graphics card driver, the system does not turn on after my monitor is turned off.

More precisely, let me explain it like this: everything is normal until nvidia's 566.36 driver. However, after installing the current whql driver 572.42 and the previous driver 572.16, my monitor does not respond at all after being turned off because it is set to turn off after 5 minutes of being idle. I tried formatting and even tried Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC version (today). The same thing happens. I don't know if my components are damaged or not, but I don't have any problems other than the driver. How can i solve this issue i dont know.

At first I thought this problem was caused by the latest updates of Windows 11, so much so that I even tried updating from the oldest version of 23H2 one by one, the same result in each version. Of course, I am currently using my monitor with the latest update of 24H2, as I stated, with the 566.36 version nvidia graphics driver.

anyone know whats happen?

@sosigvesalam How is your monitor connected? I had a strange monitor issue with one Windows 11 PC. The monitor was an Acer and it was connected via an HDMI cable to a display port (with display port to hdmi adapter).

The PC literally worked fine with EVERY OTHER TV or MONITOR hooked up to it except this one particular Acer model monitor.

I tried a VGA cable instead, and the odd performing Acer monitor suddenly worked fine. Just a weird thing.

All of my other Acer monitors were fine, but this particular model performed strange. Previously it was ok, but then after 24H2, it wasn't showing Windows.

The VGA cable seemed to solve the problem. For the record, the HDMI cable works, was tested, etc. Just a weird glitch with that monitor.
