Windows 11
So recently my PC said that I was eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11, so I clicked ok and I let it download, It took about 3 hours and when I switched my pc on again everything was messed up, the resolution was 1280×720 and I had all my files from 2021 on my pc, and I was still on Windows 10, this is when I decided to reset my entire computer (wipe everything) once it reset I was back on Windows 10, I reinstalled most of the things I had on my pc beforehand and called it a day, shut down my pc properly and when I turned it on the next day I was on Windows 11 all of a sudden. I didnt think too much of, but again, all my files I had installed on the previous day were gone. I installed everything again and everything worked for about 4 days on Windows 11, no issues or anything. Now I wake up to do work on my pc and see that it is back on Windows 10 with all the things I installed on it before it went to Windows 11. I have no clue what my problem is or how I can fix it, any help or explanation would really be appreciated.

Luiz, you have unintentionally made it difficult for anyone here to help you. You need to edit your profile and tell us some info about your computer. Having said that, I would guess that you have a laptop or a branded desktop. When you reset your machine it gets the reset image (Win 10) off a dedicated partition on your hard disk (or SSD or NVMe drive ). That could explain why your machine is switching from Win 10 to Win 11 etc. Apart from this wild guess by me I also can't help you because of not enough info. Sorry.

The info I'm talking about can be seen by clicking My Computer on the bottom of my post but you need to do yours in your profile. Click on your name at the top of the page and then click on System Specs. Good luck. I think you will need it.

I wonder if something is triggering Windows to rollback to the previous version? A factory reset would put it back to the OOBE and the computer would have to be setup again.
