With the newer updates, in File Explorer I no longer have the Downloads, Documents and Pictures folders in the Navigation Pane like before. Is there a way to get them back in the Navigation Pane?

Option One, here... you can add ALL folders or individual ones.

Depending on how they were removed, you could use the tutorial below to quickly clear and reset Quick Access to restore the default folders in the navigation pane like in the screenshot below.
