Welcome to the forum. It sounds to me you are infected with malware. I suspect you may have given someone remote access to your machine at some point. If so, you have no way of knowing what they have injected into it or what they changed. Another possibility is someone has hacked into your home network and was able to access your system due to poor security measures on your part.

Myself, I don't mess around in cases like this. I play is safe than sorry . I reset my router to default and then set up a network again, beefing up it's password and security settings.
On the machine, I also disconnect from the internet and immediately reformat and reinstall windows.

Noticed that you've been changing ownership?
Default is Trusted Installer.
Your email is showing in your first post image by the way. Otherwise looks ok.
