need help new microphone mice not working os 11

did trouble shoot

deleted old drivers

sound is working i can watch a movie

but no mic

any one help out

Into which port are you plugging in the mic - USB, front aux, back aux?

Try the front aux for the mic just to make sure it's working. Also, I'm assuming you selected the mic in the Sound options area.

OK FOUND THE RIGHT AUX
BUT OUTPUT VOICE IS VERY VERY LOW I HAVE TO SCREAM

ALL VOLUME IS 100%
