Need Help - welcome screen customization

so i have changed my boot screen logo to winxp professional boot screen, but i have a problem which google's search algorithm troubles me, i cant find a way to make my welcome screen clean and shows wallpaper only, so my goal is to make my welcome screen show windows xp welcome screen without the win11 ui, As for the wallpaper i already changed it picture not mine)

my bios is UEFI and im on 25H2

any solutions?

To what end? Is it ugly? Don't want to look at it? What's the purpose?
This is high System level stuff, one tiny mistake and you could brick your machine!
