Need help with display scaling.

So basically I just purchases a second display. its an Asus 1080p 240-280hz monitor. my other display is a 1440p Pixio 165hz display. anyways when I try to drag a file to a different screen it's a different size. I don't know what to do because there both on 100% scaling. I think it has to do with them being different resolutions. I just don"t know how to fix it

    Internet Speed
    Ping 7, 291.67 download, 175.80 upload.
    Browser
    google chrome, Firefox, and opera GX. I like all of them
    Antivirus
    windows defender. I don't really use one because Im careful with what I download. and i dont have the money to buy a good one. also all the free ones I've tried slow my pc down.
Try both recommended resolution and scaling...

To check the screen res, set them both to the same screen resolution as a test, then set them back

it seems that the issue is the resolution being different
any suggestions on fixing it

You have to set the resolution and refresh Rate need to be the same on both screens. which may mean lowering the Resolution on the Pixio monitor. If this is unsatisfactory, return the Asus monitor and get another 1440P monitor as your second monitor, or live with them being different.
